ROAD TRIP USA
A two-week long road trip exploring this beautiful country with great friends. We made stops in AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA, WY, SD, IL, and ended in NY.
See photos here.
Tumblr community - Thank you so much for the great feedback on my cross country video! It really means so much to me. I never expected so many people to respond to it. I’m glad I could share a piece of my experience with you all!
I had a 240sx once.
I decided to rent a car at 2:00 last Saturday morning and pick up a couple friends to go to the Grand Canyon. Here are a couple photos of what followed. Minus the stop in Las Vegas on the way back to meet a poopmouthpatt for his birthday and some partying.
Photo 1: Stopped outside of Vegas to get some fireworks and pulled off the freeway to play.
Photo 2: Forest looked cool.
Photo 3: Wild Bison that none of us had ever seen before.

Went to a lake on the way to another lake yesterday.
Yesterday I took the day off work to go on a SoCal Touge exploration mission With Stephen and his Corolla.
We went to this amazing road near Lake Hughes known as The Rusted Moose.
Then from there we went up through Big Pines hwy to Angeles Crest hwy. Stopped at the Newcombs ranch Inn for dinner… then went through ACH to Mt. Wilson.
While going up through Wilson we went through a corner to find a few Sheriffs with a tow truck trying to pull up a 240sx that had recently gone over the side.
We we’re driving pretty fast and i’m sure you can hear that Corolla from miles away cause it’s straight piped 20v.
We stopped up at the top and tried to hide for a little while but they found us pretty quickly.
A bunch of bullshit happened and they ended up towing my friends car and impounding it… Not because of the motor swap.. but because the moron Sheriff though my friend had bald tires… “NTO1’s” and was afraid that his bald tires would make him lose control and crash if he didn’t tow it down. he also got a state REF ticket for the 20v motor swap.
So the fuck face police officer made us ride with him down the mountain while he played the shittiest mix tape from the 90’s you could ever imagine.
Then made us sit in the back of his car…(not under arrest or detained at all) at the bottom while he wrote out the ticket for an hour.
I’ve lost most of my respect for law but we both had an awesome damn day.
The car is already out of impound :]
There’s so much more to the story but I’m just gonna keep it simple.
